Features: This is a story that seems incredibly familiar to us, yet no one has ever truly understood it, yet it keeps unfolding. The key to this story isn't its substance but how well Huang Tongtong tells it—such deeply passionate yet desolate love!!! Huang Tongtong doesn't know what to do with it, and neither do we. The storyteller and the reader reach a conspiracy, shaking hands in tacit understanding in the act of telling and reading, without seeking deeper meaning, yet finding great joy in each other's company. This is a novel closely tied to the lives and fortunes of every woman or man, where all adult men and women can find their own shadows and even draw inspiration to endure difficult times in their lives. When you realize that women are indeed a more advanced species than men, many things won't seem quite so bleak anymore.
