How to deal with testicular ptosis?

Patient's question:

Symptom Description: What should I do about testicular ptosis? Is it serious? Thank you for the past treatment history and effectiveness: No treatment has been given. Thank you for the help you wish to receive: Hope not to need hospital examination.

Doctor's answer:

The testis is a male internal reproductive organ. A normal male has two testes, located on the left and right sides of the scrotum. The testes are oval-shaped and grayish-white. In adults, the testes are 3.5-4.5 cm long, 2-3 cm wide, and 1-2 cm thick, with each testis weighing 10-15 grams. Generally, the left testis is about 1 cm lower than the right. Some people have one testis larger/smaller and one higher/lower, but as long as the difference is not significant, it is considered normal. When a man experiences emotional fluctuations (such as tension, anger, fear, or sexual excitement), the scrotum may exhibit peculiar contractions: it may be pulled upward or droop downward. Conversely, when a man is emotionally low or melancholic, the scrotum may become "lacking energy" and "dejected."
