Features: The income distribution of private enterprises is not only a major theoretical issue but also an urgent practical problem. This book employs theories from Marxist economics and modern Western economics to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and research on the existing issues in the income distribution of China's private enterprises. Based on the philosophy of people-centered governance and serving the people, it discusses the income distribution models for four levels of personnel in private enterprises: owners, management personnel, technical and sales staff, and workers. It creatively proposes for the first time four types of corporate profit-sharing models—capital-dominated, management-focused, technology-innovation-driven, and labor-intensive—and their respective distribution ratios. This exploration offers preliminary solutions and ideas for the reasonable sharing of private enterprise profits, which have long been a perplexing question. This approach provides a reference for profit-sharing among various factors of production in different types of enterprises and allows the view proposed by Marx that surplus value should be shared by workers to be reflected in the new context. The book also suggests that relevant national authorities and provincial and municipal governments should formulate policy recommendations for private enterprise income distribution based on different regional and economic development conditions, creating a relaxed and harmonious institutional environment for the comprehensive development of China's private economy.
