Features: To better explore the laws of modern distance and open education and fully reflect the characteristics of student-centered learning, the China Distance Education University has made reforms in the format and layout design of the textbooks, tailored to students' learning needs. In terms of content, it strives to highlight the applied nature, enabling students to grasp the fundamental concepts and theoretical frameworks of the discipline, develop their ability to analyze and solve problems, and cultivate their self-learning and innovative thinking skills to meet the demands of talent cultivation model reform and open education. While developing written textbooks, we also provide supplementary learning materials such as audio recordings, video recordings, CAI (Computer-Assisted Instruction), and online courseware to support learners in distance and open education. This series of textbooks is part of the China Distance Education University's implementation of the Ministry of Education's "Pilot Project for Talent Cultivation Model Reform and Open Education" in the field of law.
