Features: To adapt to the requirements of the socialist market economy system for legal education, improve and standardize the quality and specifications of talent cultivation in adult higher legal education, we organized relevant legal professors, experts, and practical department colleagues to compile over 20 textbooks for foundational and core courses in legal and economic law majors. These textbooks were published sequentially in 1994 and are available for use in adult higher legal education teaching, as well as for reference by undergraduate and correspondence education programs. Guided by Comrade Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the authors strove to comprehensively and accurately elaborate on fundamental concepts, principles, and knowledge, while striving to achieve a balance between scientific rigor, systematic organization, and practicality.
