Features: In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to further improve the national occupational standard system and provide scientific and standardized references for vocational education and training, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China commissioned the Supply and Marketing Cooperative of the People's Republic of China to organize relevant experts to formulate the "National Occupational Standard for Agricultural Product Brokers" (hereinafter referred to as "the Standard").
1. This "Standard" is based on the "National Occupational Classification Directory of the People's Republic of China" and aims to objectively reflect the current level of this occupation and the requirements for practitioners. On the basis of fully considering the impact of economic development, technological progress, and industrial structure changes on this occupation, it has clearly defined the scope of occupational activities, work content, skill requirements, and knowledge level.
2. The formulation of this "Standard" follows the requirements of relevant technical procedures. It ensures the standardization of the "Standard's" format while reflecting the characteristics of being occupation-oriented and skill-focused. At the same time, it also provides flexibility and practicality for adjustments based on technological development, meeting the needs of training, assessment, and employment.
3. According to relevant regulations, this standard divides the occupation into three levels, with each level including four aspects: occupational overview, basic requirements, work requirements, and assessment weight.
