Starting from September 1, 1999, individuals seeking master's degrees through equivalent academic qualifications must obtain the "Certificate of Qualification for the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Level in Disciplines" in their respective fields, which serves as a prerequisite for degree conferment. The purpose of the Comprehensive Academic Level Examination is to strengthen the macro-level quality control and standardized management of master's degree conferment for individuals with equivalent academic qualifications, and it is a crucial component organized by the state to assess the knowledge structure and level of such applicants. In 1998, experts were organized to compile and publish the "Outline and Guide for the National Unified Examination for Comprehensive Academic Level in Clinical Medicine for Individuals with Equivalent Academic Qualifications." In 1999, based on the experience of pilot programs, it was revised times and published in December of the same year. Over the past four years, following suggestions from a large number of examinees and relevant experts, and based on the accumulated experience of recent years' unified examinations, we have organized experts from relevant fields to revise this book for the second time. The revised outline (Third Edition) will serve as the basis for unified question-setting for the Comprehensive Academic Level Examination in Clinical Medicine for individuals with equivalent academic qualifications in the coming years. It is intended for reference by universities and colleges in teaching and tutoring, as well as for examinees to use as study and preparation materials.
