Features: This book is compiled according to the requirements of the teaching syllabus for "Engineering Mathematics" in the correspondence education of postal services, focusing on the content of "Linear Algebra." It is designed as a self-study textbook for "Linear Algebra" and can also serve as a teaching material or reference book for engineering students in correspondence universities, night schools, and TV universities. To highlight the convenience of self-study, we have strived to achieve the following in the writing process:
1. Concise and fluent text with clear emphasis, providing in-depth and layered explanations for difficult points. Some more challenging theorems or examples (marked with an asterisk) can be selected as optional content.
2. For typical examples, pre-solution analysis is provided to help readers generalize and apply the knowledge.
3. Each section includes a certain number of thought-provoking questions and exercises, requiring readers to complete them independently to strengthen their understanding of basic concepts and conduct necessary practice.
4. Each chapter concludes with a detailed summary of the content, accompanied by a set of review questions to assist readers in summarizing, improving, and fully grasping the chapter's material.
5. Chapters and exercises marked with an asterisk in this book are optional for associate degree students, while those marked with double asterisks in Chapter 6 are optional for undergraduate students.
