Features: In February 2005, to adapt to the new development trends of China's higher education, deepen reforms, improve teaching quality, and meet the needs of talent cultivation in the new era, under the leadership and organization of the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education, the reform project group and examination committee of the College English Test Band 4 and Band 6 (CET-4 and CET-6) conducted repeated discussions and research, and widely solicited opinions from college English teachers and students, formulating the "Reform Plan for the National College English Test Band 4 and Band 6 (Trial)." Therefore, based on this major reform, we have compiled this series of books, explaining the new test content and formats, thoroughly analyzing each part of the new CET exam, and providing detailed guidance and tips for each part of the exam.
