The final chapter, "On Teaching and Innovation—A Retrospective on Fifteen Years of Archival Education," was written by the author upon receiving his retirement notice. It serves as a summary of his teaching and research in archival studies, reflecting his personal insights and experiences. It fully demonstrates his unwavering dedication to "academic research as the essence of my life" and his relentless pursuit, with his achievements in teaching and research fully substantiating this.
