Features: The sketch teaching of the Department of Basic Modeling, its basic goal is: through the training of a common foundation, to strengthen students' realistic skills and improve their artistic literacy in modeling, enabling students to acquire modeling skills that combine form and spirit, laying a solid foundation for professional studies in the second stage. Through systematic training in sketch modeling projects, students will achieve simultaneous improvement in their observational and cognitive abilities, as well as their capacity for perception and expression. The program aims to cultivate students' ability to observe and grasp the overall form and structure of shapes in space, as well as their painting techniques. Primarily focused on classroom life drawing instruction, it combines assignments such as copying and appreciation, as well as outdoor sketching, to develop students' ability to capture the distinctive features of images, deeply understand the structure of forms, and accurately and holistically execute their paintings. Additionally, the teaching process seeks to identify and nurture students' diverse aesthetic inclinations and artistic personalities.
Teaching Content: Plaster sculptures, still life, live portrait, live half-body, live full-body, and human figure sketching.
