Features: In recent years, China's poultry industry has developed rapidly. Poultry farming has shifted from traditional methods to large-scale, intensive production, giving rise to a large number of specialized poultry farmers. Especially in broiler production, driven by many large and medium-sized processing and export enterprises, the proportion of large-scale farming has continuously expanded, with production quantities steadily increasing and economic benefits significantly growing. As large-scale broiler farming expands, many urgent technical issues and challenges have emerged in practical farming, affecting and restricting the sustainable and healthy development of broiler production. To this end, in line with the Ministry of Agriculture's "Agricultural Technology Households Project," we compiled the book, Standardized Broiler Farming Technology. This book systematically and scientifically explains practical techniques such as broiler breeds, farm construction, broiler feed and feed additives, chick and growing chicken management, as well as the feeding and management of high-quality local chickens, biosecurity control in farms, and the prevention and treatment of common poultry diseases, to meet the needs of a broad readership. The book collects and organizes the latest domestic and international data, references theoretical research from many experts and scholars, and summarizes valuable practical experience, emphasizing practicality and being suitable for reference by rural broiler farming specialists.
