Features: To promote the occupational training and skill assessment of jewelry handmade workers in precious metal jewelry, and to implement the national vocational qualification certification system among jewelry handmade workers, the China Employment Training Technology Guidance Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, after completing the formulation of the "National Occupational Standard—Jewelry Handmade Worker" (hereinafter referred to as "The Standard"), organized experts who participated in the writing and review of "The Standard" and other relevant experts to write "The National Vocational Qualification Training Course—Jewelry Handmade Worker" (hereinafter referred to as "The Course"). The Course is closely aligned with "The Standard" in content, striving to embody the guiding principle of "orienting toward occupational activities and focusing on vocational skills," highlighting the characteristics of occupational training. Structurally, it is written in a modular format, divided into five levels—primary, intermediate, advanced, technician, and senior technician—based on the fields of occupational activities in jewelry handmade work.
The basic knowledge section of "The Course" covers the "Basic Requirements" of "The Standard," while the skill section is organized by chapters corresponding to the "Occupational Functions" of "The Standard," sections corresponding to the "Work Content," and the content within sections aligning with the "Skill Requirements" and "Related Knowledge" of "The Standard."
"The National Vocational Qualification Training Course—Jewelry Handmade Worker (Primary Skills, Intermediate Skills, Advanced Skills)" is applicable to the training of jewelry handmade workers at the primary, intermediate, and advanced levels and serves as the designated supplementary textbook for vocational skill assessment.
