Features: This book collects 84 selected folk choir pieces, published in simple notation, suitable for community choir use. The selection principles of this repertoire library have three major characteristics: First, classicism. Works that have stood the test of time and are recognized by the general public as fine pieces. Second, popularity and practicality. Any works that are widely sung and appreciated by choir enthusiasts and are easy to popularize are included in the collection. Each score is accompanied by brief background information or performance tips, which are helpful for rehearsals and performances, as well as serving as a guide for appreciation. Third, contemporaneity and diversity. The repertoire includes almost all types of choir music, capturing representative works from different periods, schools, styles, and levels in China and abroad, categorized for the needs of various types of choir groups at different levels. The publication of this book is like "throwing a brick to attract jade," hoping to inspire more and newer works. We eagerly look forward to it and are willing to provide a platform to continuously introduce new and outstanding creations.
