Features: Health is everyone's basic aspiration and also a timeless theme for sincere expressions of well wishes among people. Broadly speaking, it encompasses the summary and application of various diagnostic and treatment methods for diseases, as well as the understanding and practice of the idea that "food is the foundation of life" and "life lies in movement." Many diseases that once severely threatened human life have now been effectively controlled. Based on the opinions and suggestions of experts such as medical professionals, nutritionists, renowned fitness coaches, and specialists in aesthetics, we have organized and compiled this "Series on the Treatment, Prevention, and Care of Hundred Diseases," which consists of 16 volumes. These include obesity, cerebrovascular diseases, insomnia, rheumatic diseases, liver and gallbladder diseases, stomach diseases, kidney diseases, gynecological diseases, skin diseases, infertility, ear, nose, and throat disorders, cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, ophthalmic diseases, pediatric diseases, and geriatric diseases. Each volume concisely introduces the etiology, pathology, and clinical manifestations of the respective diseases, providing fundamental medical knowledge. What is particularly important is that we place emphasis on a comprehensive introduction to the treatment and care from the perspectives of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Western medicine, as well as diet and exercise. The content is presented in an easy-to-understand yet practical manner. Readers not only gain an understanding of the pathogenesis of diseases but can also achieve long-term cures while actively and effectively working on prevention and care. Despite our deep reverence for the profound and extensive medical and dietary cultures of China and the world, despite our sense of responsibility and mission in studying and researching these cultures, and despite our relentless efforts to tackle stubborn illnesses and guide people toward a path of health from the perspective of patients, we remain committed to these endeavors.
