Features: In the auspicious context of China's reform and opening-up, with the rapid development of pharmaceutical science and technology in the world today, theoretical research and practical applications in pharmacy and its related disciplines are flourishing. The use of traditional drugs for new purposes is increasing, and new drug varieties are continuously emerging. To meet the urgent needs of medical and health personnel for clinical practice, teaching, and students in medical schools for learning and professional internships, we have compiled this book, including practical traditional drugs and a large number of new drugs that are rarely covered in domestic books but have proven clinical efficacy. The book consists of twenty-two chapters and covers 1,200 drugs. In compiling this book, we strive for conciseness, eliminating unnecessary details, and using concise language while maximizing the inclusion of new drug information. However, the "Handbook" cannot be all-encompassing. The writing style can focus on specific aspects, highlighting both novelty and practicality while ensuring ease of reference. For each drug, we emphasize its effects and uses, provide a brief explanation of its mechanism, and use recently published pharmacokinetic parameters for its in vivo processes. Adverse reactions, precautions, drug interactions, dosage, and formulations are presented in concise, itemized form. All content is closely tied to clinical practice, serving as a reference for practical use.
