Features: This booklet, after 14 years of collecting domestic and international literature, reports, experiments, etc., focuses on discussing the harmful habits of long-term excessive drinking, drunkenness, and alcoholism. Alcohol is a good thing; it is perfectly acceptable to have a few drinks to celebrate holidays, birthdays, weddings, funerals, small family gatherings, or to socialize with friends and relatives. Over the years, alcohol has become a fashionable beverage for socializing and entertainment, and the number of alcoholics has been increasing. Clinically, the number of liver patients has also been rising, showing an annual trend. There are many patients with alcoholic liver disease, especially cirrhosis, whose suffering, such as emaciation, portal hypertension, ascites, and hematemesis, is unbearable to witness. This has placed a heavy burden on patients and the country, and the disease offers no hope for recovery. The number of people who fall into poverty due to illness is gradually increasing. Currently, in the bright era of reform and opening up, we should fully enjoy a happy and long life. Each person should contribute their best to the nation and its people to achieve the goal of a strong country and prosperous people, which is my heartfelt wish. The President of Mongolia said: Excessive drinking will lead a nation to decline. Therefore, this booklet focuses on the relationship between alcohol and health.
