Features: Sometimes, a person's memory can linger due to a particular detail. The interview with Ma Xiangdong made me mentally accumulate those uncomfortable things, not so much his corruption or his extreme wickedness, but rather his certain gaze, a particular action, or a specific detail. Somehow, these "gaze," "actions," and "details" were always linked to death. Perhaps from the beginning of the interview, I had a premonition that Ma Xiangdong was "doomed to die," and he had already realized that he was "on the brink of life and death."
