The author of Identification of Shoushan Stone, Mr. Chen Shi, is the president of the Fujian Shoushan Stone Culture and Art Research Association, a renowned Shoushan stone appraiser and seal carver. He has written numerous works, including Shoushan Stone Illustrated Catalog, Art of Shoushan Stone Carving, and Shoushan Stone Culture. He is widely recognized as a leading expert in Shoushan stone research. This book can only be considered a small-scale work by him, yet every word reflects his profound insights into the identification of Shoushan stone.
