Features: There is an inherent relationship between leisure and aesthetics. Leisure is the ideal state of human existence, and aesthetics is the ideal way of human experience. The ideal nature of leisure lies in its entry into the realm of human spontaneous life, and the ideal nature of aesthetics lies in its entry into the state of free experience of life. The two share common premises and directions, with aesthetics being the highest level and primary way of leisure. Fundamentally, what is called leisure is the spontaneous life of humans and their state of free experience, with spontaneity, freedom, and self-contentment being its basic characteristics. The basic characteristics of leisure are also the essential of aesthetic activity. It can be said that aesthetics is the highest level and primary way of leisure. To deeply grasp the essential features of leisure life and reveal its inner realm, we must think from the perspective of aesthetics. And to enable aesthetic activity to penetrate more deeply into human actual existence and fully demonstrate its humanistic and practical value, we must also grasp its inner realm from the perspective of leisure.
