Organized by individual tombs, it provides a detailed introduction to the structures and unearthed artifacts of 11 tombs, offering extremely rich materials for the study of the Fanshan Cemetery and the Liangzhu Culture. The excavation of Fanshan was a major breakthrough in the discovery of the Liangzhu Culture over the past 50 years, marking the first time such artificially constructed high earthen platforms were excavated in Zhejiang Province, reflecting the social structure and religious beliefs of the time. Among the 11 tombs, the unearthed artifacts include jade, stone, jade-inlaid lacquerware, pottery, and ivory objects, with jade being the most predominant, numbering over 3,500 pieces in total, accounting for more than 90% of the funerary goods. The study of the Fanshan Cemetery and the Liangzhu Culture plays a significant role in understanding the formation process of Chinese civilization.
