From over 40 Japanese film and television dramas with a wide influence in China in recent years, 104 dialogue excerpts are carefully selected according to the author's designed learning methods and reader needs to form the core content of this book.
The book consists of thirteen chapters, each composed of "Topic Explanation," eight independent "Scene Dialogue Excerpts," "Related Expressions," and "After-Class Exercises." Each excerpt is followed by a "Vocabulary List" and "Interpretation." The excerpts taken from the same drama are not arranged in the order of the storyline but are organized according to the functional-notional items. To facilitate learning, reference translations and a comprehensive vocabulary list are provided at the end of the book.
This book is suitable for Japanese major students in their second and third years, as well as learners with intermediate or higher proficiency.
