Features: "A Handbook for Learning Chinese Polyphonic Characters" is a supplementary textbook designed for modern Chinese learning, which can also be used as a concise reference book. This book is suitable for foreigners learning Chinese and also for Chinese primary and secondary school students. The book is divided into two parts. The first part includes 126 characters, and the second part includes 81 characters. These characters are selected from a practical perspective and are also referenced based on the "Outline for the Chinese Proficiency Test" compiled by the National Chinese Language Proficiency Test Commission. Common first and second-level polyphonic characters are included in the first part, while third-level characters and rarer first and second-level characters are included in the second part. For easy reference, the book arranges different pronunciations of each character together. Under each pronunciation, it lists the common meanings of the character, which include: words, example sentences, pinyin annotations, and English definitions. At the end of each character, there is an exercise. The second part only lists words, pinyin annotations, and English definitions under the meanings.
