Features: The Introduction to Economic Law marks the 25th anniversary of my engagement in teaching, research, legislation, and judicial practice in economic law. Now, the revised sixth edition has passed another five years since its publication. During these five years, the changes in economic law have been largely summarized in the sixth edition:
1. The fundamental spirit of economic law is the "unity of coordination and intervention," which has made the content of economic law more substantial and complete. Under the market economy system, "coordination" and "intervention" are omnipresent. It has been proven that their practical guiding role is even more evident. For specific details, please refer to the volume of the sixth edition.
2. The content of the fundamental legal systems of economic law is summarized into three major parts: Part I, Market Economy Regulation Law, which includes the regulation of market economy entities and the regulation of the order of market economy operations. For specific details, please refer to the second to third volumes of the sixth edition.
3. The macro-control law of economic law, including the objects, means, and role of macro-control, have become more prominent. This is something that no other departmental law can replace. For specific details, please refer to the fourth volume of the sixth edition, which specifically includes Planning and Price Law, Agriculture and Investment, Transportation and Transport Law, Fiscal and Financial Law, Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law, Regional Economic Development and Legal Systems, etc. The content of this revision has been significantly enriched.
