Features: On August 24, 2000, the State Council issued the New "Measures for the Handling of Official Documents of National Administrative Organs," stipulating that it would be abolished on January 1, 2001, replacing the Measures for the Handling of Official Documents of National Administrative Organs issued by the General Office of the State Council on November 12, 1993.
