Features: High-quality teaching materials are the fundamental condition for improving teaching quality. To further enhance the pre-service training for college teachers and ensure the quality of training, our province has organized experts and professors who are on the forefront of pre-service training. Based on relevant laws, regulations, and documents, combined with the actual conditions of our province, they have compiled this series of pre-service training textbooks for college teachers——《Higher Education》,《Professional Ethics of College Teachers》,《Teaching and Research Methods for College Teachers》, primarily for the pre-service training of college teachers in our province. Before the compilation, we established the following requirements for writing: adapting to the current development trends of higher education, closely integrating with the actual conditions of higher education in our province, concise content, clear structure, prominent key points, correct perspectives, capable of absorbing the latest achievements in the development of higher education, and convenient for both teaching and learning. To meet these requirements, the participating scholars and professors have devoted a great deal of effort. We hope that faculty and students, as well as leaders in each university, will promptly summarize experiences in teacher training and continuously improve and refine the overall quality of the teaching staff.
