Features: Looking back at 2002, a puzzling phenomenon emerged in the legal book market: while the legal book market expanded at a faster rate than the entire book market, the niche market for legal regulations experienced its first zero growth. On one hand, the channels for accessing paid and free legal resources became increasingly diverse, and the mediums were no longer limited to books. On the other hand, this also reflected readers' dissatisfaction with existing legal regulation books, leading them to "vote with their feet." Indeed, whether it's single-volume regulations, chronologically organized regulations, thematically focused supplementary regulations, or comprehensive regulation compendiums, they often repeat the collection of the same data. Of course, the "Contract Law" published by different publishers cannot be like Hamlet in Shakespeare's works, with "a thousand faces for a thousand people." The solemnity of legal regulations itself requires faithful recording. However, legal regulation books are not incapable of achieving product differentiation or providing value-added content. On the contrary, precisely because the market is nearly blank, participants have great room for development. We firmly believe that the simple accumulation of data is of little significance; only organized and integrated data can be considered information. This book differs from the vast majority of individual legal regulation books and their compendiums currently on the market. Traditional legal regulation compendiums typically append relevant legal documents in their entirety to the main laws. Now, based on the "bilateral hypertext linking technology" of the newly researched "China Legal Retrieval System" by the Law and Information Center of Peking University, we comprehensively and systematically identify relevant legal document provisions for each main law, including current effective laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, and departmental rules. We also change the traditional format of legal regulation publications, reorganizing these relevant legal documents under each provision of the main law to provide readers with an intuitive, quick, and comprehensive reading experience.
