Features: To facilitate the study and understanding of the "Regulations" by lawyers, the Financial Securities Business Committee of the All-China Bar Association organized the writing of the "Interpretation of the 'Regulations on the Practice of Securities Legal Services by Lawyers (Trial)' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Interpretation')." The 'Interpretation' at least has two characteristics:
1. Systematic. The 'Interpretation' compiles the experience and lessons of Chinese lawyers in practicing securities legal services over the past decade, explaining in detail the operational procedures, work requirements, behavioral norms, and precautions for each section of securities legal services. The content is rich, systematic, and comprehensive, well-reasoned and evidence-based, helping lawyers currently engaged in or planning to engage in securities legal services to understand and master the entire process of securities business.
2. Practical. The 'Interpretation' meticulously analyzes the content of the "Regulations," focusing on practical aspects such as types of securities legal services, lawyers' actions and responsibilities, business requirements, and the application of techniques. It explains the management intentions behind the "Regulations" and the meaning of their articles. At the same time, it includes key regulations related to lawyers' securities business and management, making it highly practical and guiding for lawyers engaged in securities legal services. The 'Interpretation' can also serve as a reference textbook for lawyers' professional training.
