Features: Taizhou is renowned as a " c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng c?ng" and a "famous region in Huaihai." In addition to official histories and local chronicles, there are numerous historical records about Taizhou in the notes of past dynasties. During the Qing Dynasty, Xia Quan and Xia Zhaocen in the Republican era successively compiled "Zili Old News" in eight volumes and "Zi Wen Yu Lu" in four volumes. Lu Xun said, "While unofficial histories and anecdotes are inevitably prone to inaccuracies and personal biases, they can provide a clearer perspective on the past, as they are not as pretentious as official histories. 'Huagai Collection. This and That.'" In recent years, I participated in compiling "Taizhou Chronicle," collecting nearly two million words of historical materials from Taizhou-related notes. However, due to space constraints, only a small portion was included in the chronicle. Many of these notes are little-known or even on the verge of being lost, which is a great pity. To preserve local historical materials, I have selected some content from the Tang Dynasty to the Republic of China and divided it into ten volumes, compiling them into one book. Original typos or missing words were directly corrected or supplemented without annotations. For some entries that originally lacked titles, I provided suggested titles marked with "Guan" for distinction. Some original text was edited, marked with ellipses. Additionally, to save readers the trouble of searching, I added brief annotations to historical facts.
