The Complete Works of Zhao Yuanren aims to comprehensively reflect Professor Zhao's academic achievements and humanistic spirit through all the works collected so far. The series is organized into volumes, with a total of twenty planned, accompanied by several CDs. The first ten volumes cover all his linguistic works, spanning fields such as Chinese linguistics, dialectology, minority languages, and the standardization of Chinese. The last ten volumes will include his musical works, translations in Chinese and English, works for Science, his autobiography, letters, and more. Among these, his complete diaries covering over seventy years of his life and more than a thousand photographs will be presented to the public in the form of CDs through advanced technology. In 2002, four volumes are planned to be released, focusing on Professor Zhao's outstanding achievements in linguistics, music, and natural science research.
