Features: In response to the new requirements for cadre construction, especially for leading cadres, proposed by the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the growing learning needs of cadres, the National School of Administration has decided to further strengthen and improve its training work. It plans to develop a series of "National School of Administration Training Textbooks" over a period of about five years to better study and implement the Important Thought of "Three Represents." The characteristics of this textbook series are as follows:
First, it adheres to the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, and the Important Thought of "Three Represents," based on the new requirements for leading cadres proposed by the 16th National Congress and the urgent need for cadres to update their knowledge and enhance their capabilities. It focuses on improving the quality and abilities of cadres, striving to form a more open and era-specific training textbook system.
Second, it adheres to the principle of combining theory with practice, the principle of keeping pace with the times and pioneering innovation, the principle of being "few but effective," and the principle of mutual promotion between textbook development and use. This ensures that the training textbooks are forward-looking, targeted, scientific, and systematic.
Third, it adheres to the policy of integrating teaching, research, and consulting, strengthening the development of case-based textbooks, making them a key feature of the National School of Administration training textbooks.
Fourth, it focuses closely on the learning needs of civil servant training while also catering to the learning needs of other leading cadres.
