Today, it is a resource-rich land with immense development potential. China, the birthplace of human civilization, is currently the largest developing country achieving remarkable economic miracles. China-Africa relations have attracted worldwide attention. This year marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the People's Republic of China and African countries. On this auspicious occasion of the golden jubilee celebration, the Beijing Summit of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum is being held, symbolizing the erecting of another friendship monument in the China-Africa friendly relations. Over the past 50 years, China and Africa have always stood together through thick and thin, sharing weal and woe, becoming all-weather good friends in politics; they have always helped each other and achieved mutual benefits, forging sincere cooperation as good partners in economics; and they have always respected and learned from each other in culture, considering themselves as brothers. China-Africa friendly relations are a model of contemporary South-South cooperation. Now, both sides are advancing hand in hand to establish and develop a new China-Africa strategic partnership and build a harmonious world. The China People's Friendship Association and the China-Africa People's Friendship Association sincerely invite seasoned diplomats who have long worked in Africa, as well as responsible leaders and relevant individuals currently active in China-Africa cooperation, to contribute from various perspectives and angles, chronicling the multifaceted achievements and accomplishments of 50 years of China-Africa friendly relations. This will form a panoramic picture of China-Africa friendship, which not only holds invaluable historical significance but also offers insights for promoting China-Africa relations.
