The aim of this book is to enable higher normal university students, after receiving training, to master irreplaceable teaching skills as professional teachers, improve their competitiveness in the job market, shorten their adaptation period to teaching, enhance their potential for development, and lay a foundation for becoming excellent teachers. The formation of teaching skills follows its own process and laws. When using this book, please note the characteristics of skill training, focus on guidance methods to enhance the consciousness of training; adopt multiple methods and repeatedly practice training to improve the quality of training and enhance its effectiveness; this book only provides general typical cases applicable to various subjects.
