Features: Comprehensively advancing quality-oriented education is an urgent task in the current modernization drive of our country, a profound transformation in the field of education, and a major advancement in educational philosophy and talent cultivation models. Implementing the "Continuing Education Project for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" and improving teachers' quality is the fundamental guarantee for comprehensively advancing quality-oriented education. Developing continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers, curriculum and textbook development is key. The immediate priority is to design a series of exemplary courses urgently needed for continuing education of teachers in various subjects at primary and secondary schools, and to compile a batch of continuing education textbooks. In terms of textbook compilation, our company has adopted the following approaches: (1) Organizing experts to review and screen continuing education textbooks for primary and secondary school teachers recommended by provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) across the country, selecting over 200 excellent textbooks and reference books for teachers' study; (2) Organizing a specialized writing team to compile 61 textbooks, including compulsory public courses such as ideological and political education, education laws and regulations, educational theory, and educational technology for primary and secondary schools; as well as professional courses for primary and secondary schools in subjects like Chinese, mathematics, English, geography, chemistry, biology, social studies, and natural science for primary schools. (3) Conducting tenders with over 40 publishing houses nationwide, organizing and rigorously reviewing and selecting textbook writing outlines submitted by expert publishing houses, and preliminarily determining over 200 continuing education textbooks for primary and secondary school teachers.
