The directory of local regulations and local government rules submitted to the State Council for the record is arranged in the administrative division order approved by the State Council in 1987. For administrative divisions with more than two items submitted, they are listed in chronological order of promulgation.
4. This compilation is published in twelve issues per year, with one issue per month. This issue is the ninth issue of the 2006 series, including 3 laws, 1 administrative regulation, 4 regulatory documents, 16 departmental rules submitted to the State Council for the record, and 2 judicial interpretations promulgated within August 2006. It also3 regulatory documents published between May and July 2006 and 1 judicial interpretation published in June 2006, totaling 30 items.
