Within each category, items are listed in chronological order of promulgation. The directory of local regulations and local government rules filed with the State Council is arranged in the administrative division order approved by the State Council in 1987. For administrative divisions with more than two items filed, they are listed in chronological order of promulgation.
4. This compilation is published in twelve issues annually, with one issue per month. This is the twelfth issue of the 2006 annual edition, including 3 administrative regulations, 2 regulatory documents, 20 departmental rules filed with the State Council, and 2 judicial interpretations announced within July 2006. A total of 27 items. During the process of editing and publishing this compilation, we have received strong support and assistance from relevant departments of the State Council, relevant parties, and readers.
