Features: Health and longevity are common aspirations for all. Preventing illness and practicing health preservation are closely related to health and longevity. As early as the 1960s, medical experts proposed that if people only focused on disease prevention, the average human lifespan could only be extended to around 100 years, making it difficult to break the century mark. However, if people emphasize health preservation, it may be possible to extend human lifespan to over 150 years. With societal progress, advancements in science and technology, and improved living standards, people's concepts of health, longevity, disease prevention, and health preservation have also been continuously updated. In recent years, on one hand, the average human lifespan has been extended, and on the other hand, the spectrum of human diseases has also changed. Currently, preventing illness, maintaining health, and practicing health preservation have become a conscious need in people's lives. It is precisely for this reason, and to meet such needs, that this book was written. Although limited by my abilities, the content of this book may inevitably have many shortcomings. However, I still hope it can provide some inspiration and assistance to people. This is also my wish.
