Features: This book covers all stages of life, from birth to old age, and from cardiovascular emergencies to general internal and surgical conditions. It ranges from small first-aid kits to various emergency rescue scenarios, offering extensive and practical content. The book is well-structured, concise in writing, and provides detailed information with highly operable methods. For example, in the section on myocardial infarction, it mentions that in addition to "immediately calling an ambulance," one must "remain calm, avoid rushing to the hospital, and perform rescue at the scene. The patient should lie flat and rest, receive 5 mg of diazepam orally, and 0.6 mg of nitroglycerin sublingually." In summarizing numerous rescue experiences, we have found that those who, regardless of the patient's condition at the time, hastily lift or carry the patient and rush downstairs to the hospital have a higher mortality rate, while those who remain calm, lie the patient flat, and first perform rescue at the scene have a better prognosis. Often, life or death hangs on the difference of a single moment.
