Features: What is meant by "Three Uses"? It refers to putting the heart into it, using wisdom, and using effort. The heart refers to the idea that one cannot always expect the sky to drop a pie. If you want tenfold rewards, you must put in tenfold efforts. You cannot see someone win a $5 million lottery for spending only $10 and then give up normal work, waiting like a rabbit in a tree for a carrot to dream of waking up as a millionaire. We should ask ourselves this question: Most things one needs to do in work and life are relatively simple, at least within one's capabilities, but why are there so few people who can do ordinary things exceptionally well? The reason is simple—without putting the heart into it. To achieve something in life, especially in learning, work, and social interactions, one must put in tenfold efforts. As long as you put the heart into it, nothing is impossible. Wisdom refers to the idea that one should not live in a mechanical or rigid manner. Difficulties need to be solved with wisdom, and the beauty of life needs to be painted with wisdom. One must learn to seek the best state of existence in a strategic way. Every choice in life is a that changes direction. Living life at random is handing over one's future to what is called fate, and the result is inevitably walking into a dead end. Effort means that one may have different personalities—soft or tough—but one cannot always be lukewarm in life. One must show some courage and firmness to live with one's own individuality. Many people regard smooth social interactions as the rule for standing in society. Such people only seek self-preservation and lack courage and integrity. In reality, if one wants to live with dignity and style, one cannot be without the "force" of being a person. In summary, "Three Uses" is an active attitude toward life, a reversal of the status quo where most people just follow the crowd and do nothing. The primary issue in life planning is which direction one wants to go, i.e., what kind of life goals one wants to achieve. Correct and well-placed planning requires extraordinary wisdom, to understand the world while also mastering oneself. Whether it's putting the heart into it, using wisdom, or using effort, it all means learning to plan one's life with the power of wisdom. This is a crucial step in achieving life success. People always want more but ignore utilizing what they already have. Although everyone's heart, wisdom, and effort have different connotations and forms, as long as one can put the heart into it, use wisdom, and use effort, one can open up a fertile ground for life. Ordinary people can become outstanding because of this "use" word. Understanding the mystery of "use," anyone can become a wise person in life. "Three Uses" is an understanding of the vicissitudes of life, wisdom for dealing with workplace competition, and a high-level strategy for breaking through survival crises. One cannot always expect shortcuts, as life is often filled with thorns and traps. But with "Three Uses" as a weapon, one can win in all endeavors.
