Features: "Life lies in movement," as we often hear friends say this, but do you exercise frequently in your daily life? Perhaps you'll say, "I'm too busy with work" or "I have too many tasks." In reality, it's not that you're too busy or have too many tasks—it's just that you can't calm your mind and fully relax yourself. Throughout our lives, beautiful scenery is always around us. Why not slow down, step out of the hustle and bustle, and experience the joy of life through exercise? There are countless ways to exercise, and more often than not, most forms of exercise give us a healthy body but not the beautiful and charming curves we desire. If you want to have both health and beauty, choose yoga—it will bring you unexpected surprises! "Yoga is not just a movement that unleashes human potential or a practice that cultivates a peaceful mind and body; more importantly, it reflects an individual's attitude toward life. Through this exercise, while strengthening the body and mind, the spirit is elevated, allowing you to exude a charming temperament from the inside out." This is the explanation of yoga by Ke Wen, a senior instructor at the current Ke Wen Yoga Studio. I met Ke Wen through an older colleague at the station. The first time I saw them perform their training routines, I found them very fresh, beautiful, and feminine. The movements were gentle and effortless, like the grace of immortals. It was captivating. Ke Wen's language is gentle, and her tone is unique, easily touching the hearts of the audience. We have been collaborating since the end of 2002, and on CCTV5's Sports Channel, "Wake Up to Exercise" has been featuring Ke Wen's yoga teachings for three years. During these three years, we have frequently received calls and letters from viewers asking about Ke Wen's yoga. Through this collaboration, the TV station has placed increasingly high demands on them, from the poetic and artistic expression of language to the meticulous arrangement of movements, all aimed at bringing fitness closer to the masses and putting people at the center of the practice. I call her "Chinese-style specialty yoga." Ke Wen has an excellent team. They are rigorous, dedicated, and responsible in their work. Their passion for yoga and their pursuit of their career are role models for our "Wake Up to Exercise" program. Watching the yoga instructors twisted like pretzels on TV, you might wonder if you can perform such difficult movements. In fact, yoga is far less difficult than you imagine. As long as you are willing to commit, you will discover that yoga is gradually changing your body and mind, making you a person who can better appreciate the joy of life!
