Features: This morning, Chocola-chan slept soundly until her mother burst in, scolding her like thunder and waking her up. "Ah, it's already 7:30?" Chocola-chan hastily got up and went to the kitchen for breakfast. Her mother served her a bowl of noodles, but Chocola-chan gagged after taking just one bite. It was too hot! Chocola-chan quickly filled her stomach and grabbed her school bag to leave. Chocola-chan was in a panic and ran the whole way, thinking, "Will I be late today?" Just then, it started raining, and Chocola-chan quickened her pace. The rain showed no signs of stopping; instead, it grew heavier. Huge raindrops poured down on her head, and soon the ground was flooded with water.
This series is the fifth collection of Chocola-chan's stories. It includes five parts: "A Bad Day," "Mom's Embroidered Food Bag," "Yamane Reading Palmistry," "Chocola-chan's Money Box," and "The Mysterious Power of the Pyramid." Each part is easy to understand and deeply engaging, sparking the interest and desire to read among young children.
