As a prolific writer and frequent speaker at professional conferences, he has received the Best Article Award from the Journal of the Quality Assurance Society. Wiegers holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois. His hobbies include guitar, military history, and motorcycling.
Zhou Haoyu, a Master of Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, worked in software development at Agilent China Software R&D Center after graduation. He has participated in and led software development, quality, testing, process improvement, and CMM-related work in project teams. As a PMP, Zhou Haoyu has also been involved in a large number of training and consulting projects in the fields of software and project management. He has also participated in the translation of other books, such as The Death Journey (published by the Electronics Industry Press) and Whitman's Project Management Vocabulary Handbook (published by Tsinghua University Press).
