Features: In The Fear Street Files, twelve-year-old Ellen White and her best friend Maddie are huge fans of horror movies. They especially love the Fear Street series, knowing the characters and plots inside out. In Fear Street, there are all kinds of terrifying monsters, such as the Toadman, the Wolf-Crab, the Electric Eel Woman, the Mad Meat Grinder, and more. Ellen and Maddie are very curious and long to have the chance to visit this dreamlike movie studio. Finally, their chance comes when the trolley they are on gets stuck in a cave filled with reptiles. A swarm of giant mantises starts attacking them. "Oh my God, this isn't a movie—it's real!" Ellen and Maddie struggle to escape the cave and end up at a cemetery, where suddenly many green hands reach out from the ground and grab them.
The Devil’s Mask II: Sixth-grade student Steve Boswell gets punished by his physical education teacher for pulling pranks, forced to train the first-grade soccer team every day after school. This "teacher" is made to suffer endless ridicule and torment in front of his "students"—they even made a cement soccer ball (painted in black and white) for him to kick. Steve swears revenge. Halloween is approaching, and Steve remembers the mask Whitey wore last Halloween. Ugly and terrifying, yet incredibly cool. After some effort, Steve manages to get a mask from that same store—a horrifying mask. He can’t help but smile at the thought of the kids scattering in fear and screaming at the sight of him. However, once Steve puts on the mask, he can’t take it off. He truly transforms into an old, wrinkled man with messy hair, spiders crawling in his ears, and aching back and sore muscles. What on earth is going on?
