Casey was defeated and captured, and the turtles were unaware of this. The only person who could alert the turtles to rescue Casey was Angel. So, what would Angel do? "Garbage King" The turtles are friends with some homeless people, but some of the homeless suddenly disappeared mysteriously at night. The turtles began a search, eventually disguising themselves as homeless people to lure the monster out. Later, they discovered a huge, foul-smelling Garbage King, who was the very creature abducting the homeless at night and taking them back to his garbage kingdom to process city waste like slaves, accumulating wealth. How would the turtles deal with the Garbage King and his guards? Could the kidnapped homeless people be rescued successfully?
