Features: The initial concept of this book originated from the experiences of several "top scorers" in the judicial examination: "The process of preparing for the judicial examination is a journey of accumulating knowledge, starting from thin books to thick ones, and then from thick to thin. In the end, the review will reach a state where each examination point itself becomes a small knowledge system chart, and the examination points are interconnected through comparison, causality, and continuity, forming a complete knowledge framework in our minds." Inspired by this, we meticulously organized authoritative judicial examination experts to write this book, with the hope of showcasing the essence of this knowledge accumulation process to the public, helping candidates save review time, directly targeting high-frequency examination points, and establishing a clear knowledge system. This book selects nearly 500 high-frequency examination points from 14 disciplines and arranges them into various charts such as comparison tables, connection tables, flowcharts, tree diagrams, and framework diagrams, aiming to help readers remember more, faster, more firmly, more accurately, more systematically, and more efficiently. Specifically, this book has the following features: First, the book is organized by knowledge points, focusing on the of examination point selection. Nearly 500 examination points, with an average frequency of more than three times in the judicial examinations over the past five years, are truly high-frequency examination points and the of judicial examination review. Second, all high-frequency examination points in the book are presented to readers in the form of tables. Some are fully analyzed through comparison tables, clarifying easily confused knowledge points; others are listed comprehensively through connection tables, covering all aspects; and others are organized through flowcharts, ensuring the logical relationships of judicial procedures from start to finish. The intuitive and clear system of the tables themselves further aids candidates in mastering the knowledge points. Finally, to further highlight the key points and tailor the content to the examination, we have specially added "Comparison Table of New and Old Partnership Enterprise Laws," "Comparison Table of New and Old Enterprise Bankruptcy Laws," "Series of Comparison Tables for Important Systems in the Three Major Litigation Laws," and other content. We believe this will help readers better refine their knowledge systems and grasp the examination framework.
