Features: Among the numerous knowledge points stipulated in the National Judicial Examination syllabus, there are a considerable number of similar, easily confused concepts, regulations, and systems. According to our statistics, over 500 questions from the five years of true-and-false exams from 2002 to 2006 involved these knowledge points. This demonstrates that these similar and easily confused examination points are highly favored by question setters, making them key areas of focus. Moreover, due to the very similar and easily confused nature of these knowledge points, they are also relatively difficult for candidates to grasp. To help candidates overcome this "roadblock," the authors have compiled Similar and Confused Examination Points: Comparative Analysis. This book has the following features:
1. The book comprehensively summarizes over 300 easily confused examination points from various departments of the judicial examination, with the common feature being that they share similarities as well as differences. Through this book, candidates can systematically understand and fully master the connections and distinctions between these points, establishing a solid knowledge foundation.
2. For these easily confused knowledge points, comparison is a scientific learning method. The book takes "comparative analysis" as its main theme and extensively uses various comparative charts. While mastering the knowledge, candidates will also learn a critical thinking method. Given that the judicial examination questions contain many "apparently correct but actually incorrect" and "apparently incorrect but actually correct" distractors, this thinking method will be an effective problem-solving skill. In this sense, the book not only "gives a fish" but also "teaches how to fish," combining fundamental knowledge with problem-solving methods.
3. To help candidates more effectively master these comparisons, the book indexes the true-and-false exam questions related to each point for easy reference. Additionally, the "mock tests" in the book will help candidates more firmly grasp each examination point, ultimately achieving victory in the judicial examination.
