Within each category, the items are listed in chronological order of promulgation. The directory of local regulations and local government rules filed with the State Council is arranged according to the administrative divisions approved by the State Council in 1987. For administrative regions with more than two items filed, they are listed in chronological order of promulgation.
4. This collection is published in twelve issues per year, with one issue per month. This issue is the ninth issue of the 2006 annual collection, including 3 laws, 1 administrative regulation, 4 regulatory documents, 16 departmental rules filed with the State Council, and 2 judicial interpretations promulgated within August 2006. It also includes the supplementary collection of 3 regulatory documents and 1 judicial interpretation published in June 2006. In total, 30 items are included.
