Does a scalp hemangioma have the potential to become cancerous?

I have a hemangioma on my right cheek. I heard that many surface tumors can become cancerous. Does a scalp hemangioma have the potential to become cancerous?

Clinical manifestations of cavernous hemangioma: Localized scalp mass, usually bluish-purple with indistinct boundaries, soft and elastic, compressible, and returning to its original state after pressure release. Larger ones may feel heavy or cause dull pain. Scalp hemangioma, also known as scalp vascular malformation; some are purely congenital and accompanied by intracranial vascular malformations, known as Sturge-Weber syndrome. It is different from the tumors we commonly refer to. Generally, without excessive stimulation, it does not undergo malignant transformation.
