Features: Everyone's knowledge is limited. As people gain more knowledge, their exposure to the unknown world increases, and they discover more about their own ignorance. In other words, the richer the knowledge, it does not mean fewer problems, but rather more problems being discovered. Therefore, it is not frightening to find more problems—it indicates that one is progressing and moving forward! Learning is a continuous process of raising questions, discovering problems, and constantly solving them. If one cannot identify or raise questions during learning, it will be terrible! The inability to raise or identify questions means that one has not thought deeply during the learning process and has not truly internalized external knowledge as part of one's own knowledge system. Learning is a process of self-reflection, transforming external knowledge into an intrinsic part of one's internal knowledge system. For the judicial examination review, if these problems are not raised and solved during the review, they are likely to manifest in the actual judicial examination. At that time, it will be fatal! To avoid such a fatal situation, we must pay attention to reflection during the review and develop the habit of raising questions. Beijing Wanguo School encourages students to identify and raise problems during judicial examination training and provides comprehensive services to answer and resolve their doubts. In the process of providing these services, we found that although the learning questions raised by students are diverse, some questions are highly typical. These typical questions are not raised by a small number of students but are common issues; they are not unique to a particular year or training phase but are problems raised by students across all years and training phases. For this reason, we believe it is necessary to summarize these typical questions and present them to judicial examination reviewers. The book in hand is our effort. During the compilation of this book, we strive to achieve the following points: First, the questions are almost entirely from students, either from the judicial examination forum on the Beijing Wanguo School website, questions submitted by students in face-to-face classes, or letters from correspondence students, and so on. Second, the selection of questions is highly typical. These questions are generally raised by judicial examination reviewers during their learning process. For example, in the field of administrative law, the "once for all" principle of administrative penalties and cases requiring pre-exhaustion of administrative review. Third, the answers to the questions are also highly targeted, highlighting the key points where the questioner has doubts. Fourth, in the organization of the book, we arrange the questions roughly according to the knowledge system of each departmental law, making it easier for readers to find and summarize.
