Features: The Chinese translation of the "Study Guide for Macroeconomics" accompanying the 17th edition of Samuelson's "Economics" textbook has finally been presented to readers. To enhance quality, the planners of this Chinese translation edition, Mr. Liu Li and Ms. Lu Yu, have made some improvements in the division of responsibilities. First, the 16th edition of the "Economics Study Guide" had multiple translators, including Cao Zuping, Xu Yunzhong, Zhang Hui, Jiang Yong, and others, resulting in varying writing styles. In this edition, the main tasks of rewriting, supplementation, and compilation were primarily handled by Fan Ni alone. She graduated with a degree in economics and has experience in translation and editing, having done a great deal of hard and meticulous work. The professional experience and dedication of the editor-in-charge, Wang Lei, have also deeply moved me. Second, to ensure translation and proofreading quality and minimize errors, we personally reviewed the proofs of this manuscript, especially the parts where the two ladies felt uncertain.
